GT1club was created for racecar lovers who want to drive on a race track and want to learn how to do it well. There are people that want to own a race car but have no way to take care of it. American Speed Factory specializes in the care and feeding of cars of all kinds, especially race cars.
Back in 1970, a ten-year-old boy was watching Al Unser in the "Johnny Lightning Special" make a pit stop at the INDY 500 on TV. "From that moment on, I knew that's what I wanted to do. Somehow, I was going to get into racing."

Recently, our new "GT1club" is becoming a very popular activity that we are providing for drivers wishing to improve their driving skills during private track sessions combined with our talented coaching and engineering staff.
Our services include design, fabrication, testing and development. We can provide complete racetrack service, with car preparation, engineering and maintenance. ASF has competed in the Grand-Am, the Ferrari Challenge, the Star Mazda series, and the SCCA . It all started in 1976 building drag racing engines and to this day, engines are still an important part of our business.
